Part Nurse. Part Doula. Fully On Your Side.
“Healthy mom, healthy baby” is always the goal. So is feeling like a person, not a patient.
About Your Doula
Stephanie Attaran
Stephanie is a registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery, as well as a full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator serving the San Francisco Bay Area since 2018. Her clinical background gives her a rare, dual perspective — she understands both the medical realities of birth and the emotional, physical support families need to move through it with confidence.
Doula Support: Maternal and Neonatal Outcomes
Feeling respected, heard, and supported during birth isn’t a “nice to have”—it can shape how you feel, heal, and connect with your baby long after the birth is over.
Here’s what the research says about doula care.
